At Momcozy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion or maternity items are not the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hygiene seals and garment tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
